Returns for Refund
If you are not satisfied with your R-Tool, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.

R-Tool will cover all shipping costs for defective product replacements.
Please contact us with photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
